Hiring Relationship Executive in Haffizpette, Hyderabad, Salary up to INR 5000/- P.M. Need immediate joiners. Freshers can also apply.

 


Job Location: Haffizpette, Hyderabad.

Qualification: Any graduate/ undergraduate.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT
  • Hard-working and punctual with a positive attitude

Job Time: Full Time & Part-Time.

Shift Time: Full Time- 9.00am to 6.00pm & Part Time- 9.00am to 1.00pm & 2.00pm to 6.0pm

Week Off: Saturday (Half day) & Sunday

Job Role:

  • Managing employees (customers) at the concierge helpdesk.
  • Processing the service request as requested by customers.
  • Provide information and updates on services as the query maybe by the customers
  • Updating all the requests in software from time to time.
  • Promoting new deals & offers at the desk
  • Handling bills separation& updating concerned ledger books.
  • Coordinating with the backend team and telephone call handling related to services.
  • Attending service promotion training and meetings as and when conducted.
  • Participating in operations auditing.
