| Job Description: | - Visit the customer's place as per the scheduled time and understand the problem and service requirement of the vehicle. - Complete the vehicle pick up formalities and take the vehicle to the service center for servicing. - Provide the brief details of the service requirements to the concerned person and complete the vehicle drop formalities at the service center. - Revisit the customer's place to drop the vehicle back post servicing of the vehicle and complete the vehicle drop formalities. - Collect service feedback from the customer. |
