Job Description:1) Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay and visit. 2) Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival. 3) Monitor daily bookings. 4) Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions. 5) Promptly address guests requests. 6) Actively listen to and resolve complaints. 7) Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children, and VIPs, receive personalized services. 8) Coordinate and manage communication between guests and people on need basis and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns. 9) Inform clients about our services. 10) Promote all conveniences and programs offered 11) Coordinate and work with the guest relations team (including Receptionists and Concierges) to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures 12) Liaise with Housekeepers and Wait for Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience. 13) Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress. 14) Establish friendly relationships with all clients/ customers and employees.
