Job Location: Chennai, Medavakkam.

Qualification: Any graduate or under graduate.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT.
  • Presentable with a positive attitude, hard-working, and punctual.


Job Time: Day shift, Full Time, Mon to Sun 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Week Off: 6 days working with any 1 day off on weekdays between Mon to Fri, but not on Sat & Sun.


 
Job Role:
  • Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.
  • Take and relay messages provide information to callers.
  • Greet persons entering organization direct persons to correct destination.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
  • Prepare letters and documents.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
  • Organize meetings.
  • Maintain the reception area tidy and supervise housekeeping workers.
