Hiring Business Development Manager with Home Loan sales Experience in Mumbai.
Job Location: Mumbai
Job Time: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary: up to INR 4.5L P.A.
Salary: up to INR 4.5L P.A.
Working Days: 5 Days working including Saturday & Sunday, and 2 days off in a week.
Week Off: Any 2 days week off on weekdays between Mon to Fri, but no off on Saturday & Sunday, i.e. no off on weekends.
Required Skill's & Experience:
- Candidate must have good communication and convincing skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates that have knowledge about financial products.
- Ability to work well with people, both internal and external customers.
- Prioritize assignments, the follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects.
- Age should be below 28 years
- 1-3 years of Sales Experience.
- Graduate/ MBA with good Institute.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The
candidate will work as a business manager and will be responsible for
business for the assigned accounts, relationship management, and account
management.
- Maintaining relationships with Sales head, CRM Head and other teams of the assigned account.
- Farming more business from the assigned accounts by providing good service, reviews with multiple teams.
- Providing
advisory and consultative solutions to customers looking to purchase
property in the partner projects by evaluating customers financials,
providing the right scheme, financial solution, etc.
- Maintaining excellent relations with banks and financial institutions to get the best solution for them.
- Maintain proper MIS.
- Evaluate and create new financial and banking schemes for projects.
