Job Description: | 1)
Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls. 2) Take and relay messages
provide information to callers. 3) Greet persons entering organization
direct persons to correct destination. 4) Deal with queries from the
public and customers. 5) Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out
of the organization. 6) Prepare letters and documents. 7) Receive and
sort mail and deliveries. 8) Schedule appointments. 9) Maintain
appointment diary either manually or electronically. 10) Organize
meetings. 11) Maintain the reception area tidy and supervise
housekeeping workers. |
