Hiring HR Generalist in Bangalore, Salary up to INR 25K P.M. Need immediate joiners.

 

 

Job Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road.

Qualification: Any graduate or postgraduate.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 0.6 months to 1+ year experience in HR role (Non-Recruitment).
• Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT.
• Positive attitude, hard-working, and punctual.

Job Time: Day shift, Full Time, Mon to Sun 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Week Off: 5 days working in a week, i.e. Monday to Friday with fixed off every Saturday & Sunday.

 

Job Role:

• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
• Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
• Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.).
• Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.
• Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc. and maintain the teams agenda.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
• Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback.
• Support other functions as assigned.
