Hiring Operations Manager- Call Center & Lead Conversion in HSR Layout, Bangalore with 8-10 years of experience in BPO/ Call center experience (Preferred from E-Commerce Industry).



Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Qualification: Any graduate/ post graduate

Required Skills & Experience
  • Must have 8-10 years of experience in managing end to end call center operations with business target.
  • Must have experience in training, monitoring and managing minimum team of 100+ resources
  • Ability to adapt to highly entrepreneurial environment and respond to changes quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • A proven track record of continuous improvement.
  • Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT.
  • Positive attitude, hard-working, and punctual.

Job Time: Day shift, Full Time, Mon to Sat 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Week Off: Saturday (half day) & Sunday.

  • Lead, direct and manage call center operations in accordance with company’s core values so as to ensure delivery of an industry leading customer experience.
  • Lead procurement of appropriate call center systems to meet current and future needs.
  • Develop policies, procedures, processes and quality control audits to ensure delivery of focused initiatives.
  • Resolve and/or facilitate the resolution of customer issues to ensure their optimal satisfaction.
  • Ensure that our customer care team meets the business needs of the E-Commerce Channel.
  • Develop, maintain and review KPI’s with Management and deliver continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that the Customer Care Team is hitting KPI and SLA goals.
  • Train, manage and mentor the team on how to properly communicate with customers (both on a sales call and when resolving a customer care issue).
  • Lead process for responding to customer care inquiries via Peter Millar’s Social Media channels.
  • Prepare information and make presentations to various audiences
  • Communicate expected increases and decreases to volume to Warehouse staff and other teams for scheduling.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Convert every inquiry/ lead in to sales/ business.
