Hiring Operations Manager- Call Center & Lead Conversion in HSR Layout, Bangalore with 8-10 years of experience in BPO/ Call center experience (Preferred from E-Commerce Industry).

Qualification: Any graduate/ post graduate
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have 8-10 years of experience in managing end to end call center operations with business target.
- Must have experience in training, monitoring and managing minimum team of 100+ resources
- Ability to adapt to highly entrepreneurial environment and respond to changes quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A proven track record of continuous improvement.
- Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT.
- Positive attitude, hard-working, and punctual.
Job Time: Day shift, Full Time, Mon to Sat 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Week Off: Saturday (half day) & Sunday.
Job Role:
- Lead, direct and manage call center operations in accordance with company’s core values so as to ensure delivery of an industry leading customer experience.
- Lead procurement of appropriate call center systems to meet current and future needs.
- Develop policies, procedures, processes and quality control audits to ensure delivery of focused initiatives.
- Resolve and/or facilitate the resolution of customer issues to ensure their optimal satisfaction.
- Ensure that our customer care team meets the business needs of the E-Commerce Channel.
- Develop, maintain and review KPI’s with Management and deliver continuous improvement.
- Ensure that the Customer Care Team is hitting KPI and SLA goals.
- Train, manage and mentor the team on how to properly communicate with customers (both on a sales call and when resolving a customer care issue).
- Lead process for responding to customer care inquiries via Peter Millar’s Social Media channels.
- Prepare information and make presentations to various audiences
- Communicate expected increases and decreases to volume to Warehouse staff and other teams for scheduling.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams
- Convert every inquiry/ lead in to sales/ business.
