Hiring Employee Experience Manager in Bangalore with 5+ years of experience in similar role (Only female candidates need to apply).

 



Job Location: Bangalore (but should be flexible for Pan India travel as required).


Salary: up to INR 6.0L P.A.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in similar role (either in customer service/ customer engagement, customer experience management or employee welfare/ HR roles)
  • Education and Training: Pro learner & pro trainer attitude needed.
  • Leadership Skills: Should be able to organize and direct the activities of employee experience representatives to ensure the delivery of high quality service to customers/ employees.
  • Communication Skills: They must be well versed in effectively interacting with clients to identify and process their requirements.
  • Customer Service Skills: They must be able to courteously interact with clients to ensure positive customer/ employee experience. 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT.
  • Positive attitude, hard-working, and punctual
 Job Time: 6 Days working, Day shift, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Week off: Saturday (half day) & Sunday
Job Role:
  • Champion opportunities to consistently Improve the organizations Employee experience at work space.
  • Drive activities to engage with employees and increase employee satisfaction.
  • Educate service team to Identify employees in need of information and proactively intervene on organization's behalf and provide support, limited to organization BCG Policy.
  • Guide service team in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations.
  • Develop listening points in the employee journey, define segmentation of employee base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Test new strategies for employee experience.
  • Continually educate, review and evolve the collection of processes uses to track, oversee and organize every interaction between the employee and Vivacity throughout the life-cycle.
  • Promote and conduct regular events and employee engagement activity.
  • Promote and increase utilization of services through mobile application.
