Job Location: Airoli, Mumbai.
Qualification: Any graduate or under graduate.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT.
- Presentable with a positive attitude, hard-working, and punctual.
Job Time: Day shift, Full Time, Mon to Fri 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Week Off: 5 days working with any fixed 2 days off on weekends e.i. Sat & Sun off.
Job Role:
- Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages provide information to callers.
- Greet persons entering organization direct persons to correct destination.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
- Prepare letters and documents.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments.
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
- Organize meetings.
- Maintain the reception area tidy and supervise housekeeping workers.
