Hiring Telesales/ Telecaller in Gurgaon, Salary up to Rs. 21000/- P.M. Need immediate joiners. Minimum 0.6 months of experience required.

 

 

Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 20, Udhyog Vihar.

Qualification: Any graduate/ postgraduate

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT
• Hard working and punctual with positive attitude

Job Time: Day shift, 10.00 am to 07.00 pm

Week Off: 6 days working with any one day off on weekdays between Mon to Fri, but not on Sat & Sun.

Job Role:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Note: It is sales bidding process, training will be provided.
