Hiring Call Center/ Telesales Executive in Bangalore, Salary up to Rs. 15000/- P.M. Need immediate joiners. Minimum 0.6 months of experience required.

 

 

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Qualification: 10+2, or any diploma/ graduates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT
• Hard working and punctual with positive attitude

Job Time: Day shift, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Working Days & Week Off: 6 days working and Sunday week off.

Job Role:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
